We have advised you to review the photos and read the description carefully of the items before purchasing in order to understand the overall appearance, condition and sizing of each piece.

Any problems with delivery or damage to the goods should be notified to the courier and hello@vintagehouse813.com at the time of receipt.

We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, however, if the goods delivered do not comply with the terms of the order or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to initiate a return, please contact us promptly at hello@vintagehouse813.com to further discuss this matter

If a return is authorised, the merchandise must be returned within 7 calendar days in its original saleable condition and packed in its original packaging.

After we have received and inspected the returned goods, a refund for the cost of the goods will be issued within 5 working days subject to banking times.

Please note that the refund does not cover any duties, taxes, delivery or return postage/courier costs.
