SHIPPING

We make every effort to despatch the goods within 3 business days from the date of purchase.  We partner with reputable national courier companies and Royal Mail for the efficient delivery of our products to you.  All our postable items are usually dispatched via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Service.  Tracked Service includes proof of delivery, photo of delivery and compensation, additional insurance can be arranged, at an additional cost, upon request at the time of purchase.

We are able to accommodate in-store collections arranged by your own courier at your expense. Alternatively, you may schedule a pick-up in person from our store in Pokesdown, Dorset,  by contacting us in advance at hello@vintagehouse813.com. If your goods are not collected within two weeks of purchase, we reserve the right to resell them or charge a storage fee. If additional time is needed, please email us to discuss mutually agreed-upon arrangements.

Ownership of the goods will pass to the buyer on receipt of full payment of all sums due, including postage/delivery charges.

The buyer will be responsible for all goods once they are shipped from our premises. The company will no longer hold liability for items once they have been despatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are able to provide shipping quotes to overseas locations, including Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, please contact hello@vintagehouse813.com  before finalising your purchase. Overseas customers are responsible for any import/export duties, taxes and other fees that may be incurred.
